Lauren fell from the heavens of Big Sky Country, Montana. Descended from a family of shepherds and farm folk, she quickly found her place as a dairy Queen. Now a cheesemonger living in New York City, when she's not serving up some Humboldt Fog you can find her combing the stacks at Brooklyn's finest Library.
